Services - Small Batch Manufacturing

We may be small in terms of volume manufacturing but in today’s climate that means we are flexible, responsive and focussed. We typically cater for up to 1,000 units per annum of any particular component or assembly but we can also manufacture a single unit. All our manufacturing is done ‘In House’ and carried out by skilled engineers.

We are ideally placed for those low volume or specialist manufacturers and suppliers in the motor industry, motorsport, Public transportation, Ministry of Defence, Rail and Marine. We offer the complete drive train solution; gearboxes, transfer boxes, driveshafts, differential and steering systems. We are able to manufacture one off from solid to allow our client to prove and test a concept before committing to production.

As well as providing the technical expertise and attention to detail required in today’s demanding market place, Jack Knight Developments prides itself on its reliability and adaptability, and is used to working to the high pressure schedules which are common in the contemporary racing car and motor industries.
