We work closely with our clients to refine the design to minimise the cost of production. We ensure that not only is the component or sub-assembly designed for ease in production but we will test the supply chain to provide sustainable supply, from concept through to manufacture.

Our team of designers and project managers will support the project through from concept, manufacture to installation of the first prototypes and where required continue to refine the design to satisfy both cost and high volume production requirements.

As well as providing the technical expertise and attention to detail required in today’s demanding market place, Jack Knight prides itself on its reliability and adaptability, and is used to working to the high pressure schedules which are common in the contemporary racing car and motor industries.

We are able to manufacture one off from solid to allow our client to prove and test a concept before committing to production.
